Job summary

KPOT is seeking a Restaurant Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations at our Michigan locations. You will coach the FOH team, manage guest interactions, and uphold the KPOT brand standards to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in full-service restaurant leadership, a State-Mandated Food Handler certification, and hands-on experience with Toast POS and scheduling tools. Evening and weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading full-service restaurant operations and bartending.
• Hold a valid State-Mandated Food Handlers Certification.
• Proficient in Toast POS and scheduling software; experience with inventory/purchasing tools.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach FOH team members.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings focused on service, upselling, and brand standards.
• Maintain expert knowledge of brand standards, plate presentation, recipe adherence, and operational procedures.
• Oversee floor operations, shift management, labor targets, and engage with customers to ensure exceptional service.
• Lead all front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure consistent execution of KPOT’s interactive dining model.
• Monitor table turns, wait times, and guest flow.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain communication with Franchise Partner regarding daily operations, service standards, and performance.
• Partner with Operations Manager to align on KPIs, labor targets, and brand compliance.
