Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking an entry-level Restaurant Service Support Team Member to help create smooth, memorable dining experiences and support front-of-house operations.

Join a world-class resort team in Montana, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience, flexibility, and a path to grow within our Food & Beverage lineup. Must be available for early, mid-day, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for guest service and hospitality
• Friendly, team-first attitude
• Willingness to take initiative in varied duties
• Strong attention to cleanliness and safe workspace
• Flexibility to work early, mid-day, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Commitment to following operational standards
• Ability to lift at least 35 pounds
• Stand on feet for up to 8 hours per shift
• Able to climb stairs multiple times per shift
• Ability to carry a full tray with either hand

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a positive attitude by bussing and resetting tables
• Assist servers and bartenders with restocking, clearing, or food running
• Work the floor and respond to guest needs promptly
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members for smooth service
• Step into a variety of support roles and build team relationships
• Learn and follow Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to serve guests better
