Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service setting.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service.
• Ability to lead a diverse team, coach staff, and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations for a smooth guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
• Set high standards for service, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, breaks, and daily floor coverage.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Address guest concerns and perform service recovery.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management to ensure seamless communication.
