Goodwin Recruiting represents a growing casual dining concept in Greensburg, PA, seeking an hands-on Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach teams, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will balance people, profitability, and product quality, supervise scheduling, inventory, and cost controls, and partner with the General Manager to hit sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• P&L familiarity or awareness.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Ability to lead from the floor and hold teams accountable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations and lead shifts.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Drive guest satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and productivity.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales and profit goals.
