Job summary

Silver Gulch Brewing & Bottling, Co. in Fairbanks, AK seeks an experienced FOH Manager to lead front‑of‑house operations alongside the General Manager.

You will work hands‑on as a shift leader, organizing tasks, stepping into staff roles as needed, and supporting FOH teams to deliver memorable guest experiences. The role also covers coordinating banquets and events, overseeing set up, service, billing, and post‑event cleanup, while ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• 1 year of Food & Beverage experience, and/or banquet experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a TAPs card and Food Handler Permit
• Flexible days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations and serve as shift leader to organize and delegate tasks
• Assist in staff coverage and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate banquets and events, including setup, service, billing and cleanup
