Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in daily Front of House operations. You will lead FOH staff, train and develop team members, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and policy compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership during peak hours, promoting Legendary Service and driving sales through guest engagement and promotions. Excellent teamwork and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership with hands-on supervision.
• Ability to train and coach staff; promote Legendary Service.

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House.
• Enforces employment policies in area of responsibility.
• Oversees Front of House side work and training.
• Works during peak times to set the pace in FOH.
• Manages restaurant through hands-on supervision and guest flow.
• Gathers customer insights to help Service Manager improve sales and experience.
• Leads by example and cross-trains employees.
• Manages scheduling of designated departments as directed.
• Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts rallies as directed.
• Compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training.
