Qualifications

• Previous retail, cash handling, and leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors food service operation to maintain high quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain accurate valuation and minimize waste.
• Ensures staff are on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing and ensures signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to meet company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
