The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, guest engagement, and driving sales through effective service. You will train and supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures, and coordinate scheduling while supporting promotions and inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House.
• Enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility.
• Oversees/approves Front of House side work.
• Provides/oversees thorough training for staff.
• Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House.
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant.
• Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights and drive sales.
• Leads by example to develop employees and assistants.
• Cross-trains employees
• Oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed.
• Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies.
• Maintains Responsible Alcohol Service training compliance.
• Ensures safe food handling procedures and restaurant cleanliness.
• Maintains guest flow and assists with liquor inventory & ordering.
• Supports Local Store Marketer with sales growth.
• Maintains culture and core values daily.
