Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to assist the Service Manager in managing Front of House daily operations. You will oversee service, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding policies.

Responsibilities include scheduling, lining up promotions to drive sales, maintaining safe food handling, inventory and ordering liquor, and leading by example to develop team members in a fun, value-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House operations.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Availability to work peak times and evenings.

Responsabilités

• Oversees service in the Front of House.
• Enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility.
• Oversees/approves Front of House side work.
• Provides thorough training to staff.
• Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House.
• Leads by example to develop employees and assistants.
• Helps to cross-train employees.
• Oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed by Service Manager.
• Develops promotions to drive sales and assists with building sales.
• Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements.
• Understands and practices safe food handling procedures.
• Ensures cleanliness and safety of guests at all times.
• Helps to control guest flow and assists with liquor inventory & ordering.
