Qualifications

• Oversees Front of House service and daily operations
• Experience supervising restaurant teams preferred
• Strong training and leadership abilities
• Familiar with safety, food handling, and alcohol service policies
• Customer-focused with sales mindset

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House
• Enforces employment policies in area of responsibility
• Oversees/approves Front of House side work
• Provides/oversees thorough training
• Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant
• Ensures 100% table visitation to gather customer insights
• Leads by example to develop employees
• Helps cross-train employees
• Oversees scheduling of designated departments
• Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies
• Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training
• Understands and practices safe food handling procedures
• Ensures cleanliness and safety of guests
• Helps control guest flow
• Assists liquor inventory & ordering
• Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
• Maintains culture and core values (passion, integrity, partnership, fun with purpose)
