People’s Light in Malvern, PA is seeking a part-time, hourly Assistant House Manager to lead Front of House operations. You will oversee FOH staff and volunteers, coordinate with stage management, and assist patrons with a warm, welcoming presence.

Flexible schedules up to 29 hours per week and a role focused on safety and exceptional guest service. Ideal candidates are adaptable, calm in emergencies, and able to solve problems creatively while working with a diverse audience and theatre team.

Qualifications

• Part-time, hourly, non-exempt role in Front of House.
• Willing to learn and work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Must have own transportation to the Malvern location.

Responsabilités

• Delegate tasks to FOH staff and volunteers.
• Coordinate with Stage Management for timing.
• Liaise with Box Office to resolve ticketing issues.
• Manage incidents and emergencies with calm authority.
• Set up for events and stock concessions.
• Welcome patrons and answer questions about productions and campus.
• Support events including Relaxed Performances and Surround Season.
• Maintain theatre protocols and oversee house operations.
• Assist patrons with assistive devices and seating.
