Job summary

Spinato’s Pizzeria is seeking a Front of House Lead to guide the FOH team, ensure smooth shift execution, and uphold Spinato’s service standards. You will train and coach staff, balance guest flow, and address concerns promptly to maintain an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates have prior FOH leadership, strong communication, and a calm, organized approach in a busy restaurant environment. This is a full-time, on-site role offering growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous FOH or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to always deliver exceptional guest service.
• Assist with shift execution and team communication.
• Coordinate FOH roles including hosts, bussers, cashiers, servers, and bartenders.
• Ensure proper table flow, wait list management, and accurate wait times.
• Help train, coach, and support FOH team members during shifts.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when needed.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all FOH areas.
• Reinforce Spinato’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
