Job summary

Spinato’s Pizzeria is hiring a cashier to warmly greet guests and take orders for delivery and to-go. You will process payments, maintain the register, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accuracy.

You’ll also help with packaging, assist guests to their seats or car, and answer questions during busy periods. This role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, energetic and service‑oriented.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Food Handlers Certificate or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Take orders at the counter for delivery and to-go; process payments.
• Maintain cash drawer and communicate order status with kitchen staff.
• Ensure accuracy and provide condiments, utensils, and packaging.
• Assist guests to their table or car and answer questions from guests.
• Answer phone calls, take orders, and relay messages to management.
• Support front‑of‑house operations during busy periods.
