Northern Hospitality Group in Anchorage is seeking friendly Front of House professionals to join our team as Lead Hosts. You will greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, present menus with enthusiasm, and help create a welcoming first impression that sets the tone for the entire dining experience.

The role requires excellent organization, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of host/hostess or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.
• Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly, escort to table, present menus with enthusiasm.
• Manage reservations, seating charts, and waitlists to balance guest flow.
• Coordinate seating with servers and kitchen to optimize service.
• Maintain clean, organized host stand and entryways.
• Ensure doors, menus, and guest areas are spotless during service.
• Answer calls and take To-Go orders accurately.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and communicate wait times clearly.
• Assist with bussing and running food as needed.
• Thank guests departing and invite return visits.
• Uphold grooming and professionalism standards.
