Crooked Hammock Brewery is seeking Hospitality Support Staff to welcome guests, seat parties, deliver food, and keep dining areas and retail spaces inviting. You will assist servers, handle retail inquiries, and help ensure a memorable guest experience across front-of-house operations.

Ideal candidates enjoy variety, work well in a fast-paced team, and are willing to support multiple brewery areas. This role offers meaningful interaction with guests and room to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic personality with hospitality focus.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and assist with seating and waitlist management.
• Deliver food quickly and accurately while meeting quality standards.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Support servers by refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and anticipating guest needs.
• Assist guests with retail purchases, merchandise questions, and POS transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized dining rooms, patios, retail spaces, and service stations.
• Restock supplies and merchandise throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with Front of House, Back of House, and Management to keep operations smooth.
• Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.
