Job summary

Crooked Hammock Brewery is seeking a friendly and energetic Server to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a lively, beach-inspired setting. You will guide guests through our menu,Share stories, and showcase beer knowledge while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and using our POS system. A strong teammate who can stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds will thrive here, with nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of fast-paced restaurant experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Advanced knowledge of beer, wine and liquor.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide a “Perfect Beach Escape” for guests.
• Know guests by name and recognize regulars.
• Be the Crooked Hammock Beer Expert and know signature drinks.
• Tour menus, highlight features and suggest items.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
• Promote the restaurant and provide farewell to guests.
