Crooked Hammock Brewery is seeking Hospitality Support Staff to welcome guests, seat parties, deliver food, and keep dining areas and retail spaces inviting. You will assist servers, handle retail inquiries, and help ensure a memorable guest experience across front-of-house operations.

Ideal candidates enjoy variety, work well in a fast-paced team, and are willing to support multiple brewery areas. This role offers meaningful interaction with guests and room to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic personality with hospitality focus.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours) in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and assist with seating and waitlist management.
• Deliver food quickly and accurately while meeting quality standards.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Support servers by refilling beverages, pre-bussing tables, and anticipating guest needs.
• Assist guests with retail purchases, merchandise questions, and POS transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized dining rooms, patios, retail spaces, and service stations.
• Restock supplies and merchandise throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with Front of House, Back of House, and Management to keep operations smooth.
• Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures.

Hospitality Support Staff - Crooked Hammock Brewery

Summary of Position: At Crooked Hammock Brewery, Hospitality Support Team Members play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences. Whether welcoming guests at the front door, escorting parties to their seats, delivering fresh food to tables, clearing and resetting dining areas, or assisting guests in our retail shop, you'll help ensure every visit is memorable from the moment guests arrive until the moment they leave. Hospitality Support Team Members are cross‑trained to support hosting, food running, bussing, and retail operations, allowing them to assist wherever needed to provide outstanding service and support the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and values working as part of a team. No two shifts are exactly alike, and you'll have the opportunity to support multiple areas of the brewery while helping create the warm, welcoming atmosphere Crooked Hammock is known for.

Compensation
