La Vida Hospitality Group is seeking a Front of House Manager for Crooked Hammock Brewery. Lead daily restaurant operations, inspire high service standards, and coach the team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

You will model top-tier guest service on every interaction and drive efficiencies across service areas. Key responsibilities include overseeing all restaurant operations, maintaining standards, managing payroll and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in foodservice or hospitality management.
• College degree in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent preferred.
• Combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.
• Proficient in restaurant functions: food planning, sanitation, purchasing, security, records, reports.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all restaurant areas and guest service decisions.
• Adhere to standards to increase sales and minimize costs; manage food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and ServSafe guidelines; maintain professional image and guest satisfaction.
