Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication with co-workers and managers.
• Answer phones and provide information; assist with reservations and bookings.
• Assist with clearing and resetting tables and opening tasks as needed.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests when required.
• Assist with coat check tasks and organization of items.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and maintain professional demeanor.
• Support service staff with food delivery and guest inquiries.
