Qualifications

• Adhere to brand standards for uniform appearance and grooming.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.

• Maintain sanitation standards throughout FOH and restrooms.
• Greet Guests and take food/beverage orders with accuracy.
• Operate POS system for all Guest orders and payments.
• Charge Guests and collect payments (cash, card).
• Answer phones and assist Guests with information and orders.

Responsibilities

• Properly operate POS system for taking and processing Guest orders.
• Handle payments and cash drawers with accuracy.
• Restock drink station and expo area; maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Keep dining and Guest areas clean and stocked; ensure product temperatures.
• Complete daily tasks timely and per standards.
