Eataly North America is looking for a Restaurant Floor Manager for the new store opening in Houston. This full-time role focuses on assisting the Restaurant AGM in daily operations, managing the front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional service standards, and supporting employee training and evaluations.

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of Italian cuisine.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience leading or managing a front-of-house restaurant team.
• Understanding of steps of service required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Restaurant AGM in day-to-day operations.
• Support hiring, training, and evaluating of employees.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Estimate food and beverage needs, supervise intake orders.
• Monitor budget through sales and inventory reviews.
