Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to direct front of house operations across a Houston restaurant. The role reports to the Store Director and oversees the restaurant team, driving profitability while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, payroll, scheduling, and hands-on floor leadership, along with executing pricing and promotions to boost sales. Equal opportunity employer; competitive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years in front of house/QSR management in high-volume setting
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Problem solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Italian cuisine and wine preferred

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct restaurant operations to maximize profitability and guest experience
• Lead a team of managers and coordinate training and motivation
• Assist with recruiting, scheduling, payroll, and evaluations
• Maintain hands-on presence on the floor for day-to-day operations
• Implement pricing, merchandising, new products, and promotions strategies
• Forecast food/beverage needs and manage purchasing and orders with Fulfillment Ops Manager
• Prepare weekly updates with leadership to plan activities and meet goals
• Investigate and resolve employee and guest incidents
• Perform other duties as required
