Job summary

Hopkins and Company is seeking an aboyer (Expo) to join our hospitality team in Atlanta, GA. This role supports food quality, timing, and guest experience by coordinating between front of house and back of house and ensuring accurate ticket communication.

You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and food safety knowledge; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. The position offers competitive pay ($18–$20/hr) and benefits for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ year(s) of relevant experience.
• Food safety knowledge; ability to move and/or lift heavier product.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a working knowledge of recipes, temperatures, and production times.
• Ensure orders are cooked and presented accurately according to ticket and recipe.
• Coursing and plating orders in a timely manner.
• Communicate between front of house and back of house on special requests, allergy information, and 86’d menu items.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized expo station according to brand standards.
• Work as a team, assisting colleagues with guest interactions and bar duties.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and communicate with management about next steps.
• Adhere to uniform policy and report for duty on time.
