Job summary

Roost is seeking a dependable Front of House Expo Team Member to connect kitchen and dining room, ensuring every order is accurate and delivered with speed and precision. You will coordinate with Back of House and Food Runners to keep service flowing while upholding Roost's standards for quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly with the kitchen, Food Runners and Front of House staff.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of food from kitchen to dining room.
• Verify that every order is accurate and meets quality standards before leaving the kitchen.
• Organize tickets and prioritize orders for timely service.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, Food Runners, and FOH team throughout each shift.
• Ensure garnishes, sauces, and accompaniments are included with every order.
• Maintain a clean, organized expo station.
• Monitor ticket times and help maintain efficient pace of service.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Support team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
