The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts Philly seeks an Associate Production Manager to oversee planning and execution of high-quality production activities at Marian Anderson Hall. You will manage budgets, coordinate technical and logistical elements, supervise staff and vendors, and prepare post-event reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical theater, stage management or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in production management and stage management in performing arts environments.
  • Strong understanding of event operations, budgets, and staffing.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Operations to plan, advance, and execute technical, operational, and logistical requirements for orchestra productions.
  • Serve as the primary production liaison for resident partners, ensuring seamless coordination of performances, rehearsals, and events.
  • Act as lead production contact for orchestral presentations, coordinating all production elements from advance planning through event execution.
  • Lead production operations for rehearsals, performances, and events, supervising crews, stage operations, and workflows.
