Job summary

Chick-fil-A Tom Austin Hwy in Springfield, TN is seeking a Front of House Director to lead Drive-thru and Dining Room operations as the restaurant opens. This role emphasizes guest experience, team development, and Lean process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The FOH Director will shape store culture, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with the Training Director to develop people, processes, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service leadership experience.
• Passionate about building relationships with guests.
• Energetic, outgoing personality.
• Ability and eagerness to mentor younger workers.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Detailed, organized and process-oriented.
• Open Availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring FOH Team Members.
• Set team goals, share the score visually and celebrate the wins.
• Identify potential leaders and help them develop and grow both Operationally and Relationally.
• Communicate effectively, share ideas, and take a positive approach to all situations.
• Create a LEAN culture and encourage 2 second improvements to be shared daily.
• Hold FOH team members accountable to policy standards (timeliness, grooming, etc.).
• Train and develop Team Members in all areas with Training Director focus.
• Provide formal and informal feedback to team regularly.
• Schedule 30/60/90 day feedback sessions with New Hires and Training Director.
• Hold weekly 1-on-1s with FOH Leadership and bi-weekly Shift Lead meetings.
• Ensure disciplinary actions are fair and consistent.
