Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee dining operations and deliver dining solutions that meet customer needs and tastes. You will lead a team, manage daily service, and ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

This role requires at least 1 year of management experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. You will monitor costs, coaching, and performance to meet financial targets and maintain Aramark's standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress toward targets.
• Manage food service operations to meet safety, quality and margins.
• Plan daily team briefings and oversee production, quality and control.
• Oversee front-of-house dining activities with the Food Service Director.
• Maintain compliance with safety, wage and hour regulations.
