Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe in New Jersey is seeking a restaurant manager with at least 1 year of managerial experience in fast-casual to lead daily operations, recruit and train team members, and deliver outstanding customer service while growing sales.

You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, manage costs, and ensure sanitation and appearance standards. We offer a fast-paced, friendly environment and opportunities to develop leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in restaurant or fast-casual settings.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to drive operational excellence in front-of-house and back-of-house.
• Nice to have a track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
