We started by blending fruits and vegetables into refreshing smoothies and expanded into a full menu of boldly flavored wraps, sandwiches, and bowls. The Store Manager will monitor sales growth and cost control, recruit and train Crew Members, maintain sanitation standards, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training & developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house & back of the house.
• Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods & labor.
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports & budgets.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Effective verbal & written communication skills.
