Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a Crew Manager to lead operations at our Grand Blanc location. You will oversee front and back-of-house tasks, drive sales growth, and ensure top customer service while upholding brand standards.

You will monitor costs, manage staff development, and coordinate with marketing efforts to boost local store performance. A proven track record in restaurant leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of managerial experience in restaurant/fast-casual
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff
• Proven ability to grow sales and deliver customer service excellence
• Track record of managing costs and labor efficiently
• Strong understanding of P&L reports and budgets
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.

• Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house & back of the house.
• Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods & labor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor sales growth & cost control of the café against the budgeted expectation & historical performance, to ensure that profit goals are met.
• Maintains & exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Presents a consistent, professional image of the café & crew by maintaining all sanitation & appearance standards.
• Communicates & stays updated on all marketing & promotional materials.
• Executes marketing & sales programs, following appropriate guidelines.
• Builds café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community & initiating local store marketing campaigns.
