Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to oversee daily operations at our Florida location. The role emphasizes driving sales, controlling costs, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-casual environment.

The ideal candidate will lead front- and back-of-house teams, recruit and develop staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while executing local marketing initiatives to grow store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field required.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training & developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales & providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front of the house & back of the house.
• Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods & labor.
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports & budgets.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Effective verbal & written communication skills.
