Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking a café manager on site in Florida to lead store operations, drive sales growth, and uphold high customer service standards. You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensure sanitation, and coordinate local marketing efforts to boost brand presence.

The role requires at least 1 year of managerial experience in a fast-casual setting, strong communication skills, and proficiency with standard office software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience in restaurant/fast-casual.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff.
• Experience in growing sales and customer service.
• Ability to drive operational excellence in front of house and back of house.
• Proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
• Strong understanding of P&L and budgets.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
