Job summary

A Cru Hospitality Group (CHG) in Tampa, FL is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the beverage program, oversee staff, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role requires strong wine and cocktail knowledge, and a hands-on approach to coaching the team and maintaining high standards across service and operations.

The Bar Manager will partner with General Manager and Directors to drive profitability, manage costs, and uphold CHG beverage and hospitality standards with passion and integrity.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails and bar techniques.
• Ability to plan, direct and coordinate beverage service.
• Experience leading a guest-facing beverage operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily bar operations and staff performance.
• Ensure beverage and hospitality standards are upheld.
• Directly manage guest inquiries, complaints and compliments.
• Coordinate with management to ensure profitability and efficiency.
• Train and develop bar staff and ensure safety certifications.
