Casa Madera in West Hollywood invites a Beverage Manager to lead the bar program, ensuring quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee standards, inventory, scheduling, and staff development while collaborating with the General Manager and Beverage Director.

This role emphasizes menu execution, staff training, and driving beverage initiatives in a dynamic restaurant setting, with oversight to maintain financial performance and guest experience across departments.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of management or supervisory experience in upscale or full-service restaurant environments.
• Strong beverage knowledge across cocktails, spirits, wine, and operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage operations, bar standards, inventory, cost control, scheduling, training, and execution.
• Manage day-to-day beverage functions with oversight from leadership on menu execution and staff development.
• Support daily restaurant operations and collaborate with management to ensure a seamless guest experience across departments.
• Train, coach, and develop bartenders and barbacks to ensure consistent beverage standards.
• Maintain beverage cost performance, conduct monthly inventories, and manage ordering and invoicing.
