ACGBBQ, LLC, a Sonny’s BBQ licensed franchisee, seeks a Front-of-House Team Member to deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced setting. You will work to ensure smooth guest flow and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere on the floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks, including processing payments, assisting in restocking, and collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service
• Ability to upsell guests beyond their orders
• Process transactions and collect payment
• Assist with restocking items
• Interact with guests upon arrival and seat them accordingly

• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work
