ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny's BBQ, seeks a Front of House Team Member to provide memorable guest experiences and maintain high service standards.

You'll join a fast-paced, family-friendly environment with opportunities for advancement, competitive pay, and benefits after meeting eligibility. Responsibilities include greeting guests, processing transactions, restocking, and collaborating with kitchen staff to deliver the best BBQ experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 10 pounds.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Upsell guests beyond their orders.
• Process transactions and collect payment.
• Assist with restocking items.
• Interact with guests upon arrival and seat them accordingly.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
