Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny's BBQ franchisee, seeks a Front-of-House team member to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will handle calls, take orders, and assist with catering while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Constant ability to push, pull, lift, carry and move up to 10 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls.
• Work cooperatively with all other staff.
• Take food orders.
• Bag all orders and ensure accuracy and completeness of condiments and utensils.
• Interact with guests in a positive, friendly manner.
• Assist with packing orders related to catering.
• Operate the Point of Sale system.
• Accept drive-thru orders.
• Handle curbside orders.
• Restock items as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
