Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in daily Front of House operations at our Orlando location. You will lead FOH service, supervise staff, and help ensure guest satisfaction with hands-on leadership.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, promoting sales, upholding safety and alcohol-service standards, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and a positive culture with core values of passion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House (FOH).
• Enforces employment policies in the area of responsibility.
• Oversees and approves all FOH side work.
• Provides and oversees thorough training.
• Works during peak times to set the pace in FOH.
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant.
• Ensures 100% table visitation to gather guest insights and drive sales.
• Leads by example to develop employees and assistants.
• Cross-trains employees.
• Oversees scheduling of designated departments per the Service Manager.
• Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies.
• Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training.
• Understands and practices safe food handling procedures.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
• Helps control guest flow.
• Assists with liquor inventory and ordering.
• Supports Local Store Marketer with building sales.
• Maintains restaurant culture and core values: passion, integrity, partnership, fun with purpose.
