Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House and ensures service standards.
• Enforces employment policies in the area of responsibility.
• Oversees Front of House side work and scheduling.
• Provides and oversees thorough training for staff.
• Leads during peak times to set the pace in FOH.
• Manages hands-on supervision of the restaurant across roles.
• Ensures 100% table visitation to gather insights and drive sales.
• Leads by example to develop employees and cross-trains staff.
• Oversees department scheduling as directed by the Service Manager.
• Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies.
• Ensures compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training.
• Maintains safe food handling procedures and guest safety.
• Keeps restaurant clean and manages guest flow.
• Assists with liquor inventory and ordering.
• Supports local store marketer with building sales.
• Upholds restaurant culture and core values daily.
