Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in daily Front of House operations. You will oversee service, training, and scheduling while promoting guest satisfaction and sales growth.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, cross-training, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a culture that values passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose.

Responsibilities

• Oversees service in the Front of House
• Enforces compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility
• Oversees/approves all Front of House side work
• Provides/oversees thorough training
• Works during peak business times to set the pace in the Front of House
• Manages through hands-on supervision of the restaurant including serving, hosting, cooking as needed
• Ensures 100% table visitation of customers to gather insights and drive sales
• Leads by example to develop employees and assistants
• Helps to cross-train employees
• Oversees scheduling of designated departments as directed
• Develops promotions to drive sales and conducts alley rallies as directed
• Manages compliance with Responsible Alcohol Service training requirements
• Understands and practices safe food handling procedures
• Ensures cleanliness and guest safety at all times
• Helps to control guest flow
• Assist with liquor inventory & ordering
• Assists Local Store Marketer with building sales
