Pietro's is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Manager to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to the customer, ensuring that every guest has a wonderful experience.

To be successful as an assistant manager you should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. You should be someone who leads by example, both in how you interact with your team as well as how to support our guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee restaurant operations.
• Oversee departments (bar, hospitality, service, support).
• Deliver exceptional guest service and ensure satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently to guest questions and complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts; train and develop staff.
• Hire and terminate employees when necessary.
• Train and evaluate staff performance and manage labor.
• Oversee restaurant supplies and create a positive working environment.
