ArtPride New Jersey Foundation seeks hospitality-oriented Patron Attendants to support our audience experience. You will be a primary connection between the organization and patrons, greeting guests, guiding seating, and assisting with accessibility needs.

As a valued member of the Front of House team, you will help ensure a welcoming, informed, safe, and respectful environment from arrival through the performance conclusion. Training and opt-in duties like parking or concessions may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Confident, approachable demeanor with excellent customer service and diplomacy.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, maintaining composure and escalating issues when needed.
• Collaborative mindset, inclusive approach to challenges.
• Position requires a valid background screening on file prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome audience members, assist patrons with seating based on ticket information.
• Scan tickets and verify admission credentials.
• Maintain clear communication with House Management via radio to support Front of House operations.
• Assist patrons with disabilities or accessibility needs for seating and accommodations.
• Answer patron questions about performances, venue logistics, and procedures.
• Uphold venue policies and safety protocols during performances.
