Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Front Load Driver to service commercial routes, dumping containers and hauling waste to disposal sites. You'll maintain route sheets, perform DVIR logs, and ensure truck safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT medical card, and strong English communication. Expect outdoor work, flexible hours, and potential night/weekend shifts on a growing, safety‑conscious team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CDL truck driving experience preferred.
• Front Load truck driving experience preferred.
• Must have at least a valid Class B CDL.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely to provide trash or recycling removal on assigned routes.
• Dump front-load containers and haul to disposal or recycling sites.
• Maintain and update route sheets and complete DVIR logs.
• Perform daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and ensure truck cleanliness.
• Interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
