LG Electronics USA is hiring for a Safety Leadership role focused on developing, implementing, and improving safety policies across manufacturing and office spaces. You will coordinate drills, lead incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a safety-related field and 2–3 years of leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on OSHA compliance and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Fire Protection, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with OSHA compliance, incident investigations, risk assessments, and emergency response programs.

Pay $67,000 Annually

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses throughout manufacturing and office areas.
• Monitor workplace conditions to identify opportunities for safety improvements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, federal, and local regulations.
• Coordinate fire drills, evacuation exercises, and emergency preparedness activities.
• Manage fire protection systems including alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, and suppression equipment.
• Serve as the primary liaison with local fire departments and emergency agencies.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with fire safety requirements.
• Develop and administer safety and fire prevention training programs for employees, supervisors, and contractors.
• Ensure required safety certifications and training records are maintained.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary compliance updates.
• Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Lead investigations of accidents, injuries, near misses, and fire-related incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Track safety performance metrics and develop improvement plans.
• Present safety performance updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Fire Protection, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with OSHA compliance, incident investigations, risk assessments, and emergency response programs.
