LG Electronics North America is seeking a capable production line lead in Clarksville, TN. The role focuses on moving products through the production area, following SOPs and engineering procedures to ensure quality, and leading a high-performance team.

You will help improve employee satisfaction and drive safety within the operation. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, manufacturing experience, and at least 1+ year of line lead experience.

• Manage the movement of product through the production area.
• Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are followed and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality.
• Assist in leading and developing a high performance team.
• Assist in efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture.
• Provide effective guidance to achieve the required quality and production goals.
• Ensure that product is in the process at all times. Plan and organize work for efficient operations.
• Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets.
• Promotes a safe working environment and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of product through the production area

Education And Experience

Knowledge And Skills (general And Technical)

• Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime
