Job summary

GFL Industries is seeking a Front-End Driver to operate front-end trucks on multi-family and commercial routes, transporting waste and recyclables to designated facilities. You will service multiple customers daily and ensure timely transfer of loads to the appropriate site.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Minimum of one year commercial truck driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria per company standards.
• Ability to safely drive and operate the truck and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive front-end trucks along routes to collect waste and recyclables.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and submit reports.
• Interact courteously with customers and the public.
• Maintain logbooks and route productivity sheets as required by law or policy.
• Follow safety standards and vehicle operation rules.
• Use GPS to locate service addresses.
