Job summary

The Community Supports Network, Inc. (CSN) in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks a Front Line Supervisor to lead risk homes serving individuals with complex behavioral needs.

You will guide staff, implement behavior support strategies, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with clinical teams to deliver high-quality supports. The role requires prior behavioral health experience, with PLMHP/LMHP licensure strongly preferred; at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a strong focus on

Qualifications

• Must have previous behavioral health experience.
• PLMHP or LMHP licensure strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting individuals with behavioral or mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for designated risk homes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Direct Support Professionals to provide trauma-informed supports.
• Implement and monitor behavior support plans, safety plans, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, nurses, guardians, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond to behavioral crises and provide staff coaching during incidents.
• Review incidents, identify trends, and develop proactive risk-reduction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicaid requirements, and agency policies.
• Complete documentation reviews, audits, investigations, and corrective action plans as needed.
• Participate in ISP meetings and assist in developing individualized programming.
• Maintain staffing, scheduling, and on-call responsibilities for continuity of care.
• Promote person-centered supports, dignity, community inclusion, and positive outcomes.
• Work with Supervising Practitioner to ensure services are provided as instructed.
