The Community Supports Network (CSN) is seeking a Front Line Supervisor (FLS) to lead risk homes and supervise Direct Support Professionals. You will implement behavior support plans, ensure safety, and collaborate with clinical teams to deliver trauma-informed supports.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of supervisory experience and 2+ years in behavioral health, with PLMHP/LMHP preferred. A valid driver's license, background checks, and strong communication are essential.

Competenze

• Must have 1 year experience in a supervisor role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting individuals with behavioral or mental health challenges.
• Experience with crisis intervention, behavior management, trauma-informed care, and de-escalation.
• Must pass all background checks and have a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, human services, or related field with behavioral health experience.
• PLMHP/LMHP licensure preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for designated risk homes.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Direct Support Professionals to deliver high-quality supports.
• Implement and monitor behavior support plans and crisis intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and other professionals.
• Respond to behavioral crises and provide staff coaching during incidents.
• Review incidents, identify trends, and develop proactive risk-reduction strategies.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, Medicaid, and agency policies.
• Complete documentation reviews, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Participate in ISP meetings and assist in individualized programming.
• Maintain staffing, scheduling, and on-call responsibilities.
