The Front Line Supervisor (FLS) – Risk Homes provides direct leadership and oversight for residential services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who may experience significant behavioral and mental health needs. This role is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and quality of life of the individuals served while leading staff, implementing behavior support strategies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and responding effectively to crises.
Due to the complexity of the individuals supported, applicants must have previous behavioral health experience, with PLMHP (Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner) or LMHP licensure strongly preferred. Candidates with equivalent behavioural health, crisis intervention, or risk management experience will also be considered.
