The Community Supports Network (CSN) is seeking a Front Line Supervisor (FLS) to lead risk homes and supervise Direct Support Professionals. You will implement behavior support plans, ensure safety, and collaborate with clinical teams to deliver trauma-informed supports.
Ideal candidates have 1 year of supervisory experience and 2+ years in behavioral health, with PLMHP/LMHP preferred. A valid driver's license, background checks, and strong communication are essential.

As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS)
The Front Line Supervisor (FLS) – Risk Homes provides direct leadership and oversight for residential services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who may experience significant behavioral and mental health needs. This role is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and quality of life of the individuals served while leading staff, implementing behavior support strategies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and responding effectively to crises.
Due to the complexity of the individuals supported, applicants must have previous behavioral health experience, with PLMHP (Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner) or LMHP licensure strongly preferred. Candidates with equivalent behavioral health, crisis intervention, or risk management experience will also be considered.
